No Contract, Return to Sender

(primer)

Offer + Acceptance = Contract
Contract = a meeting of minds

example (easy)
"Jam For Sale at 5 units of currency" = Offer
"I'll take two" = Acceptance
> A Contract is created.

example (difficult)
"What time is it?" = Offer
"Half past eight" = Acceptance
> A Contract is created wherein it is agreed that a thing called 'time' is represented by clock or watch hands pointing at numbers.

The fundamental basis of all communication between individuals is Offer and Acceptance. The purest form of communication between individuals is expression of intent.

(Offer & Acceptance) = exchange of information
(Positive & Negative) = exchange of energy

When individuals contract, they are bound by duty to fulfill the obligation(s) of the contract.

When individuals contract, it can be shown that they are Charged with a duty or duties.

Charge MUST be discharged.
Duty MUST be discharged.
(Heavy Duty batteries carry a charge which will be fully discharged over time...)

If you carry a duty and it is not discharged, someone may plug you into a circuit court.

Whether being charged for two jars of jam or charged under a commercial Act - both are the same type of commercial transaction. There always must be an Offer & Acceptance.

Offers are everywhere and both aquiescence and silence are agreements to contract.

Don't stand under any commercial Acts or statutes and most certainly don't accept offers of service from policymen.

No Contract, Return to Sender.

More to come.
