The constitution of a country is the Contract between the elected representatives and the people.
If that Contract is breached, it's entirely up to the people to know this and take action.
2 years ago, I listened to a muffled recording of the first Irish man to stand in a court as a free-man-on-the-land. Today, hundreds of sovereign people gathered around the county court in Birkenhead to arrest a corrupt judge.
It isn't pretty.
