Where's the fucking debt George?

Watch George Osborne, Chancellor of the Exchequer and Balancer of the Accounts of the United Kingdom plc, squirming in his pants when questioned about the UK national debt.



Before there can be an obligation to pay a debt, there must be evidence of that debt - ie the actual accounting on paper.

So where is the debt? From where and whom did the principle loan come from?

I mean, surely all those billions just didn't appear out of thin air?
